OXS Holdings explained: one group identity, independent technology ventures

How the OXS ecosystem fits together: OXS Holdings as the group identity, OXS Corp as the company that builds, and Kointage, Caildus and Earvance as independent ventures.

OXS Holdings is the group identity at the centre of the OXS ecosystem: a set of technology ventures that each pursue a distinct mission, from financial intelligence to software development and agricultural technology. The ventures are built by OXS Corp, the US technology company founded by Batuhan Emre TAMAM. This article explains how the pieces fit together — and why the ecosystem is organized this way.

The ecosystem at a glance

The structure has three layers:

  • OXS Holdings — the group identity. The name under which the ecosystem is presented to partners, the press and the public, and the name of this website.
  • OXS Corp — the company that builds. It develops the products and software systems, explores new technology and shapes products into ventures. It also operates this website.
  • The ventures — independent brands. Kointage in financial intelligence, Caildus in AI software development and Earvance in agricultural intelligence. Each has its own website and each credits OXS Corp there.

This describes a brand architecture — how the names relate to one another — rather than a legal or ownership structure.

Why separate ventures?

Financial intelligence, software development and agriculture ask very different questions, and they move at very different speeds. A market research tool has to keep up with markets every second; a developer tool lives inside a fast-changing ecosystem of languages and frameworks; a greenhouse system works on the timescale of growing seasons and has to earn trust slowly.

Putting all of that inside one product, or one brand, would blur each of them. So each venture keeps its own identity, focus and voice — independence, as the about page puts it, lets each one move at the pace its field demands.

What connects them

Independence isn't distance. The ventures share three things.

A builder

All three are built by OXS Corp. Kointage shows "OXS Corp." beside its name, Caildus's footer reads "© 2026 Caildus · OXS Corp.", and Earvance introduces itself as "agricultural intelligence by OXS Corp."

Shared technology

Tools built in one part of the ecosystem are used in another. Kointage's website carries a "Powered by Caildus" credit, linking OXS Corp's financial research platform to its AI development companion.

A common standard

What connects the ventures most is a standard: useful technology, carefully built and honestly presented. You can see it in the details — Kointage stating clearly that it isn't investment advice, Caildus proposing code changes for review instead of applying them silently, Earvance labelling itself a concept and refusing to irrigate without approval. The standard is written down on the philosophy page and explored in Building for the long term.

The three ventures

Kointage — financial intelligence

An AI-powered platform for financial research and market intelligence: AI chart and asset analysis, market news in context, and a clearer view of portfolios. Read: What is Kointage?

Caildus — software for what's next

An AI development companion that writes, reviews and refactors code, connects to GitHub repositories, runs agents in parallel and extends them through MCP integrations. Read: What is Caildus?

Earvance — intelligence meets the real world

Agricultural intelligence for greenhouses, currently a concept preview: every zone in one view, AI guidance that cites its evidence, and nothing irrigated without approval. Read: What is Earvance?

Who leads the ecosystem

The ecosystem was founded by Batuhan Emre TAMAM, founder and CEO of OXS Corp, who is based in Istanbul. His conviction — that "the technology that matters is built by people willing to stay with it for a long time" — is the reason the ecosystem is designed for the long term rather than for a single launch.

Working with OXS

The OXS ecosystem is open to strategic collaboration, technology partnerships, venture conversations and legitimate investor inquiries. Each track is described on the partnerships page. Nothing on this website is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any securities.
